eResource (Resource Management Automation) automates the manual process of managing the available resources. Resources can be of any consumable type. The system manages creation of new request, getting approval for the items in the Request, Issuing the Item in the Request, acknowledging and managing the discrepancy in the issued item , Managing the stock, updating the stock based on the purchase/Issue details, generating various reports as per the purchase or issue request.
The scope of eResource mainly concerns with proper usage of resources, avoid misuse of resources, forecasting the resource requirement, carrying cost of resources, should be transparent of all users, error free.
